Hello, I’m Tania, founder of the Go Go series!

The idea for the Go Go interactive sound books came when I tried to help my newborn son learn languages. From my experience learning to speak 3 languages and play 3 instruments, I believe children can learn effectively through music. I decided to share my love of languages and music with children through innovative sound books and singing toys.

Cute books, cute songs - helps with learning Mandarin

We have tried hard to keep our daughter bilingual, but it is TOUGH when all her friends primarily speak English. We hoped these books would help her to retain and even learn new words in Chinese. The book and the illustrations are super cute. The songs are adorable and can hopefully keep our child interested in continuing to learn Mandarin. The book has also helped me learn a little bit of Chinese as well!

Good for toddlers to listen some Chinese songs

It’s easy for kids to use and the button is easy to press for kids. The songs are simple and they’re similar, the tunes are almost same.

Excellent song book!

This is an excellent song book on EVERY level! While not all the songs are “popular” Chinese children’s songs, they are real songs and they sound very nice! The Chinese and English are both PROPER and CORRECT.What makes this book fantastic is the volume switch - off, low, and high. None of the other song books have this low and high option and thus is AMAZING!

Delightful!

In many ways, I feel grateful to have grown up in the 1940s and '50s. BUT - I don't remember having anything like this: a delightfully illustrated book that could sing to me. How I would have treasured this as a child -- I think I could never have parted with it in any garage sale. I might even have gone on to acquire some working knowledge of Chinese. One caution: The English translations appear in print only. To hear them sung in English, you must also get the accompanying book, "Singing with Mo Mo Is Fun." Both book have the same lullabies, in almost identical translations, but different (and equally charming) pictures. Also, in the Chinese column, the titles are not set off in larger print, so that it took me a moment to figure out why the sung words didn't seem quite to line up.It might indeed be okay for children as young as one month, as the cover states -- but the child will definitely need adult supervision until (I'd guess) about three. And my own feeling is that the recordings should supplement rather than replace the singing and storytelling of Mother, Father, or other caretaker. With these provisos, I'm ready to recommend them to any family.
